Is there a warranty on the products?
All products available on the Website are guaranteed against manufacturing faults as per the individual terms of the manufacturer. If you have any questions please send us an email.
 
How does returning products purchased online work?
In the interest of hygiene, Lady Fay's Boudoir is not able to accept returns or exchanges on intimate items. However, if you have used the product and find the product is damaged or faulty, you many return the item to us. The product will then be sent to the manufacturer for assessment and based on the findings of the manufacturer; the item will be replaced or repaired, depending on the circumstance.
 
Do I get a substitute product while my faulty one is with the manufacturer?
For the period of time that the product is with the manufacturer assessment or repair, you will be without a replacement item. However, if it is the finding of the manufacturer that the item should be replaced, Lady Fay's Boudoir will do so the moment the manufacturer makes this assessment.
 
What if you send me the wrong item?
If we have delivered the wrong product, a faulty product, or have misrepresented the offering with an incorrect picture or description - we'll accept that we have made a mistake and will resolve the situation as soon as possible with a replacement or full refund.
